Shipping Policy

At Minsa Sports, we aim to deliver your favorite sports gear to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every product is carefully checked, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you without any damage.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders within South India are usually delivered within 3–4 working days.
  • Orders to other parts of India may take 4–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or unavoidable courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • For orders below that value, or for remote locations, standard courier charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.

Packaging & Product Safety

  • Every item is packed with multiple protective layers to prevent transit damage.
  • Customers are strictly advised not to accept deliveries if:
  • The outer package appears torn, tampered, or damaged.
  • The seal or tape is broken.
  • In such cases, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us at msportstpt@gmail.com within 24 hours with images or a short video for verification.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
  2. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
  3. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may make up to 2 additional attempts.
If the delivery fails after repeated attempts, the product will be returned to us, and you may be charged for reshipping.

Important Note

Minsa Sports is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues once the shipment has left our warehouse. We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving courier issues promptly.
