Refund & Return Policy
At Minsa Sports, we stand by the quality of every sports product we sell. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping.
However, due to the nature of sporting goods, we follow a strict and limited return policy to ensure product authenticity and hygiene.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return:
- The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- No marks, dirt, scratches, or signs of use should be visible on the product.
- All brand tags, labels, plastic wraps, and barcodes must remain intact.
- The original packaging (including the outer box) must be in good condition — without dents, tears, or writing.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be strictly rejected and no refund or replacement will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or handled sports goods (including bats, balls, rackets, shoes, protective gear, etc.).
- Products showing even minor wear or markings from trials or play.
- Customized, personalized, or discounted items.
- Damages caused by improper storage, handling, or installation after delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us at msportstpt@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of:
- The unused product
- The packaging (inner and outer boxes)
- Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether your return request is approved.
- You must ship the item back to our address at your own cost.
- After we receive and inspect the product, refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Return Rejection Conditions
A return will be immediately rejected if:
- The product or packaging shows any signs of use, wear, or tampering.
- The return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
- The item is returned without its original box or brand tags.
Important Note
We recommend customers to record a full unboxing video when receiving their package. This video will be necessary to support any claims related to damaged or missing items during delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the MRP tag, RFID label, and all accessories intact. The item should be in resalable condition, as you would expect to purchase it again. A quality inspection will be conducted by Minsa Sports or our vendor partners at the time of pickup to ensure the product meets our return criteria and company policy.
Minsa Sports holds the right to Refuse or Accept the Return as per the terms & conditions.
